Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (about 400g)
  • 100ml teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup jasmine rice (200g)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (150g)
  • 1 cup carrot sticks (120g)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken on the grill for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, steam the broccoli and carrots until tender.
  5. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into thin strips.
