Ingredients

  • 200 grams ramen noodles
  • 750 milliliters water
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 150 grams pork belly, sliced
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 100 grams greens (spinach or bok choy)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Optional toppings (mushrooms, seaweed, sesame seeds)

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the miso broth. In a pot, combine water, miso paste, and your choice of broth (chicken or vegetable). Heat gently.
  2. Bring the broth to a low simmer and stir until the miso has dissolved completely. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, ensuring they remain al dente.
