Ingredients

  • 200 grams soba noodles
  • 200 grams firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions; drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prepare the sesame tofu by marinating cubed tofu in soy sauce and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
