Ingredients

  • 300g firm tofu
  • 150g brown rice
  • 150g broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 60ml teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
  2. Marinate the tofu cubes in teriyaki sauce for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
  4. In a non-stick pan, stir-fry broccoli and bell peppers until just tender.
  5. Add the marinated tofu to the pan and cook until golden brown.
