Ingredients

  • 400g canned jackfruit
  • 150g BBQ sauce
  • 200g brown rice
  • 100g shredded cabbage
  • 50g shredded carrots
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
