Ingredients

  • 500g ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
