Ingredients

  • 200 grams all-purpose flour
  • 100 milliliters water
  • 2 tablespoons Szechuan chili oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 250 grams ground pork
  • 200 grams bok choy, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • 1 boiled egg (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour and water to make the noodle dough. Knead until smooth.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut it into thin strips to form noodles.
  3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  4. In a separate pan, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add ground pork to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  6. Pour in Szechuan chili oil and stir well to combine with the pork and garlic.
  7. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat them in the chili oil mixture.
