Ingredients

  • 500g ground turkey
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Your choice of spices (e.g., paprika, garlic powder)
  • 200g corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 200g canned black beans
  • BBQ sauce, to taste
  • Cooked couscous, for serving
  • Sliced green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and your choice of spices. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
