Ingredients

  • 200g jasmine rice
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 ripe mango
  • Pineapple chunks (to taste)
  • Toasted coconut flakes (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Start by rinsing 200g of jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, 400ml coconut milk, and a pinch of salt. Cook on medium heat until it begins to simmer.
