Ingredients

  • 200g beef (sirloin or flank)
  • 100g glass noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Sichuan pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 red chili (sliced)
  • 200g bok choy (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook glass noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the beef with salt, pepper, and Sichuan pepper sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then add marinated beef, stir-frying until browned and cooked through.
