Ingredients

  • 200g vermicelli noodles
  • 250g pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100g shredded cabbage
  • 50g pickled carrots
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by marinating the pork with lime juice, chili paste, garlic, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
