Ingredients

  • 200g egg noodles
  • 300g roasted duck breast
  • 4 cloves black garlic
  • 150g sautéed greens (broccoli or bok choy)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Roast duck until skin is crispy and meat is cooked through, about 25–30 minutes.
  3. In a pan, add a splash of oil and sauté greens until tender, seasoning lightly with salt.
