Ingredients

  • 500g ground turkey
  • 3 tablespoons harissa sauce
  • 200g couscous
  • 200g bell peppers
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown 500g of ground turkey until fully cooked.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of harissa sauce and stir to coat the turkey evenly, cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare 200g of couscous according to package instructions.
  4. Chop 200g of bell peppers and roast them in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
  5. Once couscous is cooked, fluff it with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
