Ingredients

  • 100g buckwheat
  • 2 medium apples
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 50g pecans, chopped
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Wash and slice the apples into thin wedges.
  3. Arrange the apple slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
