  • 1 cup millet
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds
  • Pinch of salt

  1. Begin by rinsing 1 cup of millet under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a pot, combine the rinsed millet with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil.
