Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cubed
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 200g lo mein noodles
  • 100g snow peas
  • 100g carrots, julienned
  • 100g candied walnuts
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces with the sauce and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Rinse and drain.
  4. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown and crispy.
