Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (approx. 250g each)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100ml buffalo sauce
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped (about 200g)
  • 1 cup croutons (approx. 60g)
  • 50g parmesan crisps
  • 60ml blue cheese dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  2. Toss the cooked chicken in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
