Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 200g fresh spinach
  • 150g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100g goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, chives) for salad

Instructions
