  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1-2 passionfruits
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the chia pudding. In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup chia seeds with 1 cup of almond milk and stir well. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator until it thickens.
