Ingredients

  • 300g beef strips
  • 200g flat noodles
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup Chinese broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by marinating the beef strips in black pepper, soy sauce, and cornstarch for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cook flat noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add marinated beef and cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
