Ingredients

  • 400g lamb slices
  • 200g butter lettuce
  • 100g cucumbers, sliced
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50g red onion, thinly sliced
  • 20 fresh mint leaves
  • 60ml tahini
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 30ml olive oil (for marinating)

Instructions

  1. Begin by marinating the lamb in a mix of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the lamb for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  3. Remove the lamb from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
