Ingredients

  • 4 fresh sardines (approx. 250g)
  • 200g mixed greens
  • 100g roasted red peppers
  • 100g artichoke hearts
  • 50g olives (green or black)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (red wine or balsamic)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or cilantro)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
