Roasted Grape & Chicken Salad Bowl

Ingredients

  • 300g grilled chicken breast
  • 200g fresh grapes
  • 50g candied pecans
  • 100g feta cheese
  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 50ml honey balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place washed grapes on a baking sheet and roast them for about 15-20 minutes until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
  3. While the grapes are roasting, season the chicken breast with your choice of herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grill the chicken on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
