Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups water or milk
  • 1 cup vanilla protein yogurt
  • Honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • Chopped nuts or seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Core and slice the apples into thin wedges and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the apple wedges with cinnamon and drizzle a little honey or maple syrup over them.
  4. Bake the apples in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until tender.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the oats according to package instructions, adding a pinch of salt and cinnamon.
