Ingredients

  • 200 grams fresh kale
  • 1 medium apple
  • 100 grams dried cranberries
  • 50 grams walnuts or pecans
  • 30 milliliters olive oil
  • 15 milliliters balsamic vinegar
  • 15 milliliters maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the kale thoroughly under cold water. Remove the stems and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
