Ingredients

  • Duck confit (400g)
  • Mixed greens (150g)
  • Mandarin oranges (100g)
  • Edamame (100g)
  • Hoisin sauce (3 tablespoons)
  • Rice vinegar (2 tablespoons)
  • Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the duck confit by cooking it slowly in its own fat until tender and crispy.
