Ingredients

  • 200g salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 50g edamame (shelled)
  • 100g mixed greens
  • 50g shredded carrots
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the salmon with teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the mixed greens in a bowl.
  6. Add edamame and shredded carrots on top of the greens.
