Ingredients

  • 200g firm tofu
  • 150g egg noodles
  • 100g Chinese broccoli
  • 3 tablespoons black bean sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Crispy garlic chips, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tofu by pressing for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  2. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat and fry the tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, then add the black bean sauce and stir well.
  4. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the black bean sauce, tossing to coat them well.
  6. In a separate pot, blanch the Chinese broccoli in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes until tender, then drain.
