Ingredients

  • 2 white fish fillets (like tilapia or cod)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
