Ingredients

  • 200g ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon buffalo seasoning
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 100g romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 150g cherry tomatoes
  • 50g blue cheese dressing
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey in a skillet over medium heat, adding buffalo seasoning to taste.
  2. While the turkey is cooking, prepare the bacon in a separate skillet until crispy.
  3. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, then cool and peel them.
  4. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, placing it at the base of the bowl.
  5. Add the cooked turkey, crispy bacon, and sliced hard-boiled eggs to the bowl.
