Ingredients

  • 200 grams egg noodles
  • 300 grams chicken breast, diced
  • 150 grams cabbage, chopped
  • 100 grams carrots, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Introduce the chopped cabbage and julienned carrots into the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Add the cooked egg noodles back into the skillet.
