Ingredients

  • 400 grams black beans (canned)
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
  • 200 grams corn (fresh or canned)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain black beans, and heat in a saucepan over medium heat.
