Ingredients

  • 400g beef strips
  • 150g sorghum
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 30g fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 200g black beans (rinsed)

Instructions
