Ingredients

  • 150 g cooked chicken breast
  • 2 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 large hard-boiled egg
  • 50 g blue cheese
  • 100 g mixed lettuce
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, cook chicken breast until golden and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and let it rest before slicing.
