Ingredients

  • 250g coconut yogurt
  • 100g graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 lime (zest and slice)
  • 30g toasted coconut flakes

  1. Start by preparing the graham cracker crumble: crush 100g of graham crackers into fine crumbs.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and mix it with the graham crumbs until evenly combined.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and toast in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, combine 250g of coconut yogurt with the zest of 1 lime and mix well.
  5. Once the graham cracker crumble has cooled, layer the coconut yogurt in a serving bowl.
