Ingredients

  • 300g fusilli pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g basil pesto
  • 100g sun-dried tomatoes
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook 300g of fusilli pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and grill 2 chicken breasts until cooked through. Remove and let it rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add 200ml of heavy cream and 100g of basil pesto, stirring until well combined over low heat.
  4. Add the cooked fusilli pasta to the skillet and toss until the pasta is evenly coated with the pesto cream sauce.
