Ingredients

  • 200g couscous
  • 400g canned chickpeas
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200g yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
