Ingredients

  • 250g steak strips
  • 2 tablespoons gochugaru
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 150g black rice
  • 100g pickled radish
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Begin by marinating the steak strips in gochugaru, soy sauce, garlic, and a drizzle of sesame oil. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. While the steak is marinating, cook the black rice according to package instructions, typically boiling in water until tender.
