Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (about 600 grams)
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 300 grams wild rice
  • 150 grams green peas
  • 150 grams carrots, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
  4. Brush the honey garlic mixture onto the chicken breasts.
  5. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. While the chicken cooks, prepare wild rice according to package instructions.
