Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 500ml chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 300g short-grain rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: slice the chicken into cubes, chop the carrots and potatoes into bite-sized pieces, and soft-boil the eggs.
