Ingredients

  • 200g steamed rice
  • 100g bulgogi beef
  • 100g spinach
  • 100g carrots, julienned
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
  2. In a skillet, sauté spinach with a little sesame oil until wilted. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté sliced carrots in the same skillet until tender but still crisp. Remove and set aside.
  4. Cook bulgogi beef in the skillet until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat.
  5. In a clean skillet, fry an egg sunny-side up until the white is set but the yolk remains runny.
  6. In a bowl or stone bowl, layer the steamed rice at the bottom.
  7. Arrange sautéed vegetables and bulgogi beef on top of the rice.
  8. Add the fried egg on top and drizzle with gochujang sauce.
  9. Serve immediately, allowing everyone to mix their own bowl before eating.
