Ingredients

  • 200 grams sweet potato glass noodles
  • 150 grams beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 100 grams mushrooms, sliced
  • 100 grams fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by soaking sweet potato glass noodles in hot water for about 30 minutes until they become soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add thinly sliced beef and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add sliced carrots and mushrooms to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they soften.
