Ingredients

  • 500 grams lamb loin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for marinade)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 500 grams carrots
  • 200 grams bulgur
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemon-rosemary marinade by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the lamb in the mixture for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for enhanced flavor.
