Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 lime
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse 1 cup of quinoa under cold water and then cook it according to package instructions.
