Ingredients

  • 200g tempeh
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 300g mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 180g farro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
