Ingredients

  • 2 fillets of salmon (about 200g each)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (optional)
  • 300g broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup farro (dry)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard together to create the glaze.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and brush the glaze over the top.
  4. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs.
