Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup wild rice blend
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup sliced carrots

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Season the duck breast with salt and pepper, then place it skin-side down in a hot skillet.
