Ingredients

  • 400g chicken breast
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 200g green lentils
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Season chicken breast with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
