Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef sirloin, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 2 cups French fries
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by marinating the sliced beef in soy sauce, vinegar, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
