Ingredients

  • Mixed greens (200g)
  • Fresh figs (6-8)
  • Walnuts (100g)
  • Goat cheese (150g)
  • Balsamic glaze (50ml)
  • Olive oil (1 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the figs in half and arrange them on a baking tray.
  3. Drizzle with a little olive oil and roast for 15–20 minutes until soft.
  4. While the figs roast, prepare the mixed greens in a large salad bowl.
  5. Add the toasted walnuts and crumbled goat cheese to the greens.
  6. Once the figs are done roasting, add them to the salad bowl.
